Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a meticulous Logistics Accounts Administrator to ensure accurate cost management of our logistics operations. You will raise POs, process invoices and support cost analysis across supplier charges and transport costs.

The role requires strong numerical ability, Excel proficiency, and experience with SAP or ERP systems. Collaboration with Logistics and Finance teams is essential to resolve queries and drive process improvement.

Formación

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Ability to investigate issues and identify process improvements.
• Experience within logistics, finance or FMCG environments (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Raise and manage purchase orders for logistics services.
• Process and reconcile logistics invoices and shipment costs.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve PPV queries.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and support invoice matching processes.
• Ensure transport lane rates and shipment costing data are accurately maintained in SAP.
• Reconcile logistics and transport costs within agreed deadlines.
• Liaise with Logistics, Finance and Site teams to resolve queries.
• Provide cost‑to‑serve analysis and support commercial decision‑making.
