Job summary

Nelipak is seeking a Group Cost Accountant to join our European finance team, based in Derry, NI/Elsham, UK/Clara, ROI. You will work with the Cost Accountant Manager to provide consistent costing data, develop SAP processes, and generate reports on costs, variances, and margins across sites.

The role requires at least 3 years in cost accounting within manufacturing, with strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 solid years of Cost Accounting in a Manufacturing Environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or business related degree (desirable)
• Must have a strong Cost systems background
• Excellent analytical skills
• Sound understanding of accounting principals
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook, Powerpoint and Word
• Experience with SAP highly desirable
• Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on cost standards desirable
• Ability to prepare and interpret reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual
