IT Luggage Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Logistics Director and help manage global operations. The role focuses on container bookings, tracking shipments, liaising with 3PLs and internal teams, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

You will build reports, update tracking systems daily, and ensure accuracy across in-house and external systems while maintaining strong relationships with transport providers and internal stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in logistics coordination and supplier liaison.
• Strong numerical and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with supply chain and 3PL processes.

Responsabilidades

• Container bookings and consolidations from origin.
• Tracking shipments and updating status.
• Liaising with 3PL and internal offices.
• Identify cost saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Build relationships with transport providers.
• Prepare and check freight invoices and raise queries when needed.
• Collaborate with Buying and Sales to meet shipping requirements.
• Calculate costs attributable to logistics functions.
• Authorize freight bookings in line with company expectations.
• Create and distribute reports for Management.
• Ensure tracking systems are updated daily and accurately.
