Job summary

Cammach is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for a 3-month contract, based in Dyce. The role supports the day-to-day logistics function, focusing on cost effectiveness and timely carriage via approved vendors for imports and exports.

Responsibilities include organising Import & Export shipments, maintaining documents (Bills of Lading, Commercial invoices, AWBs, Customs Entries) and ensuring HMRC clearance for air and sea shipments globally; you will prepare a delivery schedule and verify

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' logistics experience in an MRP environment.
• A Level standard with a minimum of 5 GCSEs including English & Maths.
• Knowledge of import/export regimes and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Organising Import & Export shipments in line with company requirements.
• Maintaining documentation (Bills of Lading, Commercial invoices, AWBs, Customs Entries).
• HMRC clearance for air and sea shipments globally; prepare delivery schedules.
• Verify freight invoices and monitor KPI delivery.
• Deliver against departmental KPIs.
