Job summary

AM FRESH Group is seeking two organised and proactive Logistics Coordinators to join our AMT team in the UK. One permanent position and one 12-month fixed-term contract are available.

You’ll work 12-hour day shifts on a four-on, four-off rota to keep goods moving and information accurate. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day logistics, liaising with internal teams, suppliers and transport partners, maintaining records, updating D365, and processing manifests using Excel tools.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a busy environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and quick to learn new systems.
• Clear communicator who works well with colleagues, suppliers and transport partners.
• Proactive in resolving queries and keeping work moving.
• Previous logistics experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics and administration.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and transport partners to support smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Upload and update information accurately within D365.
• Process manifests received by email, using Excel tools to update and convert the data.
• Organise manifest files by month, category, supplier and vessel.
• Help resolve logistics queries and issues to support timely deliveries.
