Reed is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Co-ordinator to support a prestigious client's logistics and order fulfilment operations in Duxford, Cambridgeshire. You will work closely with internal teams, customers and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries and high service standards.

The role requires strong organisation, experience in logistics or shipping, and proficiency with Excel. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and clear opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Experienced in logistics, supply chain, shipping or order coordination.
• Familiar with export documentation, certificates and international shipping requirements.
• A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Planning and co-ordinating daily logistics activities and shipments.
• Managing Amazon order fulfilment and ensuring service level requirements are met.
• Processing and co-ordinating international orders and export shipments.
• Producing and maintaining shipping documentation and export certificates.
• Liaising with couriers, freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitoring stock movements and delivery schedules.
• Resolving delivery and supply chain queries efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate logistics records and system data.
• Working closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order dispatch.
