Confidential is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Co-ordinator in Duxford, Cambridgeshire. This full-time role supports logistics and order fulfilment, working with internal teams, customers, carriers and international partners to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.

The successful candidate will coordinate daily logistics, manage Amazon orders, export shipments and documentation, and liaise with couriers and 3PLs. Strong organisation, communication, and Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily logistics activities and shipments.
• Manage Amazon order fulfilment and maintain service levels.
• Coordinate international orders and export shipments.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents and export certificates.
• Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders and 3PLs.
• Monitor stock movements and delivery schedules.
• Resolve delivery and supply chain queries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and data in systems.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatch.
