• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build excellent working relationships between customer and Clients; ensure smooth operations across the supply chain.
• Represent onsite to meet client needs while managing costs and efficiency.
• Liaise with internal/external contacts to meet SLAs.
• Handle client requests per SLA and manage order processes in GDS/EDI.
• Monthly KPI reporting and management information preparation.
