Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to support a busy operation in Wellingborough. You will work with logistics carriers to investigate delivery issues, arrange re-deliveries and keep orders moving, while maintaining records and supporting invoicing queries.

Ideal candidates will have logistics/transport administration experience, be confident with Excel and carrier communications, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport, distribution or supply chain administration.
• Confident communicating with carriers by phone and email.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-focused with a methodical administrative approach.
• Good communicator with internal teams and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with logistics carriers to investigate failed, delayed, damaged or missing deliveries.
• Arrange re-deliveries and progress claims as required.
• Investigate delivery discrepancies through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and spreadsheets.
• Manage proof of delivery information and support invoicing queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers and external partners to resolve issues.
• Provide general administrative support to the logistics team.
