• Manage logistics for our diagnostic kits
• Coordinate orders, inventory, and temperature-sensitive shipments
• Maintain processes compliant with international medical standards
• Support scientists, clinicians, and innovators globally
• Follow procedures for correct collection kit assembly
• Ensure compliance with ISO13485 and ISO15189 standards
• Assist with purchasing, facilities, and admin tasks — acting as the glue of the team

Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics, shipping, or clinical support, along with some customer interaction skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. A problem-solving mindset and organisational skills are essential to thrive in this role.
