Salary/Rate: £25k - 30k per year + benefits

We are seeking a proactive Equipment & Logistics Assistant to join our clients Aberdeen-based team, supporting a global engineering business within the oil and gas industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in logistics and equipment management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in transport planning and logistics for heavy loads and container movements.
• Support equipment and tooling inventory management, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain and update systems to track calibration and inspection schedules.
• Prepare and administer key documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and certification records.
• Ensure the safe and secure packing of toolboxes and equipment containers.
• Adhere to Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental procedures.
• Identify and support business improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with the Equipment & Logistics Controller to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ years’ experience in logistics, tooling control, or warehouse operations.
• Understanding of engineering supplies and equipment, including hand tools and engineering equipment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritise workloads under pressure.
