Job Title: Property & Logistics Operative
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Salary: £30,000 per year + Company Car
Reports to: Property & Facilities Manager

Were looking for a Property and Logistics Operative to join our team-someone who thrives in a hands-on role that blends driving, property support, and practical tasks.
To support the day-to-day operations of property and logistics functions, including site maintenance, transport of goods and equipment, room setups, room viewings and ensuring buildings and storage areas are kept safe, secure, and operational. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards across the estate and supporting service delivery.
We are looking for a passionate and reliable and hands-on driver who genuinely enjoys driving and has experience driving with a van, and can adapt to a mix of deliveries and operational tasks. This role is more than just deliveries- you will spend most of your day on the road viewing new properties, transporting stock, collecting and moving stock or items, setting up new clinics and supporting various logistical needs across our clinics, and other locations.
Attend and video new clinic locations to assess suitability for rental or leasing and to be shared in weekly meetings.
Assist with general property maintenance duties, including minor repairs, safety checks, and upkeep of communal areas.
Carry out logistics tasks such as moving furniture, setting up meeting rooms, and transporting materials and equipment between sites.
Support stock control, including receiving deliveries, maintaining inventories, and ensuring storage areas are well-organized.
Report any defects, hazards, or security concerns to your line manager or department.
Carry out basic grounds maintenance and site cleanliness duties, where required.
Support contractors and suppliers working on-site by providing access and monitoring work areas.
Drive company vehicles (if required) to transport goods or assist with operational needs.
Provide support during emergencies, such as building evacuations, weather-related incidents, or security alerts.
Assist with property inspections and documentation of facilities conditions.
Experience Required
Experience in property maintenance, real estate, logistics, or a similar operational role.
Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
Ability to carry out manual handling and physically demanding tasks.
Good organizational, communication skills and team working abilities.
Full UK driving license.
Ability to plan routes effectively and efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Van driving experience is preferred and must be comfortable spending most of the day on the road.
Previous experience in deliveries, stock management, or warehouse operations is beneficial.
Basic handyman or furniture assembly experience is an advantage.
Physically fit must be comfortable lifting and moving stock, furniture, and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills ability to think independently and adapt to different tasks.
Basic IT skills able to use mobile apps for logistics tracking and communication.
Right to work in the UK and a full, clean UK driving licence.
