Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking a Logistics Analyst to gather and interrogate data to protect cost, service and brand experience across UK, EU and US operations. You will build reports, automate dashboards and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The role involves strategic modelling, commercial control, partner performance, capacity planning and strong collaboration with operations and systems teams. Excellent Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics analysis, preferably in retail or ecommerce.
• Advanced Excel modelling, Power Query and pivot analysis.
• Strong Power BI skills for interactive dashboards.
• Working knowledge of multi-market operations, including duties.
• Analytical mindset with ability to build data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build a suite of logistics reports to support business as usual and inform decisions.
• Model cost and service impacts of pricing, service propositions, and expansion options.
• Lead invoice audits against contracted rates across regions.
• Benchmark costs and data across freight and warehousing.
• Create dashboards and act as the bridge between operations and systems.
