Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Logistics Analyst to gather and interrogate data to protect cost, service and brand experience across UK, EU and US operations. You will lead analysis across delivery partners and 3PLs, building models and reports to present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director of Operations & Systems, you will work closely with the Head of Operations day to day. Candidates should have advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with experience in multi-market

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in logistics analysis, ideally in Retail or eCommerce.
• Advanced Excel with modelling, Power Query and pivot analysis.
• Advanced Power BI skills.
• Working knowledge of multi-market operations, including customs and duty basics.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analysis and modelling: Build a suite of logistics reports to support BAU and inform decisions.
• Model the cost and service impact of pricing changes, service propositions, and expansion options.
• Quantify the operational and cost impact of distribution changes such as tariffs, compliance and data requirements.
