Responsibilities

• Support site management in achieving compliance obligations, inventory, financial, health and safety, and transport.
• Contribute to a safety-first operation and drive towards an incident free workplace.
• Proactive Health & Safety by site walkabouts and recording observations; ensure actions are closed.
• Place orders on system for delivery/collection using SAP.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls for orders, queries, and information using Salesforce.
• Receive and record stock, perform counts, and enter counts into system.
• Raise and receipt Purchase orders and maintain stock levels.
• Review daily aborts, cancels, and returns.
• Assist drivers by reviewing runs and printing loading sheets.
• Monitor drivers via Telematics system.
• General housekeeping.
