Responsibilities

  • Support site management in compliance, inventory, finance, health and safety, and transport.
  • Contribute to a safety-first operation and drive towards an incident free workplace.
  • Proactively undertake Health & Safety walkabouts, log observations and close actions.
  • Place orders on the system for delivery/collection using SAP.
  • Take inbound/outbound calls for orders, queries, and information via Salesforce.
  • Receipt stock in/out and enter stock counts on the system.
  • Inventory stock control and physical stock counts; maintain records.
  • Raise and receipt Purchase orders to maintain stock levels.
  • Review daily aborts, cancels and returns.
  • Assist drivers with daily runs, loading sheets and manifests.
  • Track drivers through Telematics system.
