Job summary

Onecom, the UK's leading business technology provider, is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our Operations Team in Whiteley. You will oversee stock movements, administer inbound and outbound shipments, and prepare devices for customer delivery.

With a focus on pick, pack and dispatch operations, you’ll also program and test devices, while ensuring regulatory compliance and driving efficient supply chain processes. We value teamwork, detail, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience handling stock and shipments.
• Ability to update systems accurately and maintain data integrity.
• Strong attention to detail with error-free processing.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and handle stock safely and accurately.
• Manage dispatch and returns processes.
• Update and maintain information in company systems.
• Process shipment datasets and ensure records accuracy.
• Carry out stock takes and validate incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Program and configure devices to customer specifications.
• Test, assess and process returned devices.
• Perform secure data erasure and validation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Support colleagues and assist with wider operational activities as required.
