MTrec Recruitment are representing a client in the logistics sector seeking a Logistics Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a small team. You will handle import/export entries, organise courier shipments and support bookings, queries and quotes for the transport and logistics departments.

The role requires experience in an administrative/support role within logistics, strong communication skills, and IT literacy (Microsoft Office).

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative/support role within logistics or transport industries is essential.
• Strong communication skills at all levels are required.
• Ability to work well in a small team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Import/export customs entries
• Organising courier shipments
• Assisting transport and logistics departments with bookings, queries and quotes
• Updating customers on shipment progress
• Support other internal departments to help reduce excessive workloads
• Any other reasonable duties as required
