Job summary

Eddyfi Technologies is seeking a Logistics Administrator based in Milton Keynes to support day-to-day shipping, consignments and logistics tracking for the RMS Geotechnical Division. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers and freight partners to ensure timely communication and accurate documentation.

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will manage outbound shipments and coordinate with the International Logistics Coordinator, leveraging ERP systems and MS Office to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar logistics or administration role.
• Proficient with ERP systems and the full Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiar with international shipping and logistics processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Works effectively within global and remote teams.
• Proactive, practical and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong working relationships.
• Self-motivated and performs well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping queries promptly and professionally.
• Notify customers of consignment status with tracking details.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and coordinate with the International Logistics Coordinator.
• Request proof of delivery (POD) from couriers as needed.
• Prepare and issue all relevant paperwork for outbound consignments.
• Own and maintain the daily logistics tracker and update project and sales trackers.
