Our client is a fast-growing logistics company specializing in freight distribution and warehousing for exclusive luxury brands. A new position has opened in their Customer Service department, and they are looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join their team.

The successful Logistics Administrator will have advanced Excel skills, especially Pivot Tables.

Logistics Administrator Duties:
  1. Provide general administrative assistance to the customer service department.
  2. Use external portals for various tasks.
  3. Investigate issues raised by customers and internally.
  4. Create collections on the system and report any issues.
  5. Input data and create orders.
  6. Produce reports based on the business's needs.
  7. Accurately process orders through the warehouse management system.
  8. Maintain and monitor stock levels.
  9. Ensure all invoices are submitted to accounts with correct data and on time.
  10. Produce pre-invoices for customers.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Strong administration and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new systems.

Knowledge of the logistics industry is desirable but not essential.
