Logistics Administrator

Programme Name: LCST

Location: Bristol, UK

Role Overview:

As a Logistics Administrator for Leidos LCST, you will analyze logistics data, identify trends, and prepare reports to optimize supply chain operations. You will support the logistics team by providing insights and ensuring efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on logistics performance, KPIs, costs, and efficiency metrics.
  • Trend Identification: Monitor market trends and logistics data to forecast demand and optimize inventory.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements based on data analysis.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and share insights.
  • Compliance: Ensure logistics activities adhere to regulations and standards.
  • Support: Assist with administrative tasks to support the logistics team.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in logistics administration or data analysis is preferred but training will be provided as this is an entry-level role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders.

Clearance Requirements:

  • BPSS pre-screening required to start.
  • SC clearance required for the role.
