Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting for a Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator in Forest Hill, Lewisham, London. This locum, full-time role (3 months) involves managing an adult caseload with substance use issues and delivering personalised recovery plans and evidence-based interventions.

You will liaise with GPs, social care and health services to coordinate comprehensive care, advocate for positive outcomes, and work from the main office and GP Shared Care settings across Lewisham.
