Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel Limited is seeking a full-time Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator in Barnsley. You will manage a caseload of around 70 clients with varying substance misuse challenges and deliver structured psychosocial interventions while collaborating with prescribers and external agencies.

The role requires previous substance misuse sector experience; Systm1 proficiency is beneficial. Office hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional Thursday evening work to meet late-night client

• Experience in the substance misuse sector is mandatory.
• Ability to manage a large caseload (~70 clients).
• Experience conducting risk assessments and recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of ~70 clients with varying substance issues.
• Deliver psychosocial interventions and harm minimisation advice.
• Conduct risk assessments and contribute to recovery planning.
• Collaborate with external agencies and prescribers to support recovery.
• Ensure safeguarding and maintain records using Systm1 where possible.
