Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Recovery Worker to support a Substance Misuse Service in Barnet, Greater London. Earn £22 per hour (Umbrella) on a 3-day week (22.5 hours) with a 3-month contract and potential extension.

You will work within a compassionate team to support clients on their recovery journey in a dynamic locum setting. The role requires experience with substance misuse, a DBS check on update service, and strong caseload management, offering opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• DBS check on update service is required.
• Proven experience with substance misuse cases (drugs and alcohol).
• Strong caseload management and keyworking skills.
• Solid understanding of harm reduction and recovery models.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to clients with substance misuse issues.
• Manage a caseload and provide keyworking services.
• Facilitate group sessions and one-on-one meetings.
