Sanctuary Personnel Limited is seeking a Recovery Worker in Hatfield, Hertfordshire to support individuals in their recovery from substance misuse. The role is a locum, full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with an hourly rate of £23 (Umbrella) and a 3-month contract with potential extension.

You will manage a caseload, deliver personalised keyworking sessions, develop recovery plans with clients, promote harm reduction, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Experience in substance misuse services.
• DBS on update service.
• Ability to manage a caseload and provide targeted keyworking sessions.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in recovery from substance misuse with guidance and intervention.
• Manage a caseload delivering keyworking sessions tailored to needs.
• Develop and implement personalized recovery plans with clients and other professionals.
• Promote harm reduction and educate clients on recovery models.
• Regularly review progress and adapt plans to achieve the best outcomes.
