Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator for a 3-month, full-time locum role based in Worksop, UK. Working from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, you will support individuals on their path to recovery and operate under an umbrella pay arrangement at £22 per hour.

The role focuses on delivering recovery care plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure a comprehensive service and progress documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients dealing with substance misuse, guiding them through their recovery journey.
• Develop, implement, and review recovery care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and shared learning.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure a comprehensive service.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Offer crisis intervention support when required, responding empathetically and efficiently.
• Educate clients and their families about substance misuse and recovery strategies.
