Locum Ready is recruiting an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to work in a GP practice in Harlow. You will assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions, deliver safe clinical decisions and maintain accurate patient records within a structured, supportive primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner training at Level 7.
• Independent Prescribing qualification (V300 or equivalent) desirable.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or emergency settings.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in clinic.
• Enhanced DBS and up-to-date clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Managing same-day and routine ACP appointments
• Assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide range of presentations
• Supporting on-the-day demand through telephone triage
• Prescribing independently where qualified
• Actioning results, referrals and follow-up tasks
• Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records

Education

Advanced Clinical Practitioner Level 7 training
