Locum Ready is seeking a proactive Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join a GP practice in Northolt. The post offers flexible, well-supported clinical sessions in a primary care setting with clear workflows and steady patient demand.

You will work alongside GPs, Nurses, and wider clinical staff, providing comprehensive assessments, making safe clinical decisions, and contributing to high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Level 7 ACP training completed.
• Independent Prescribing (V300) desirable.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or emergency settings.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in clinic.
• Enhanced DBS and up-to-date clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Managing same-day and routine ACP appointments
• Assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide range of presentations
• Supporting on-the-day demand through telephone triage
• Prescribing independently where qualified
• Actioning results, referrals and follow-up tasks
• Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records
