OLIVER in London is seeking a Localisation Project Coordinator to support end-to-end coordination of multi-channel campaigns, under senior Project Managers. You will build knowledge of localisation workflows, creative production, media specifications, and cross-functional alignment with internal teams and external agencies.

You will assist with approvals, QC, and asset handover while staying current on media formats and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project management support in-house or agency settings.
• Some exposure to localisation or transcreation processes is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong prioritisation.

Responsabilités

• Support localisation of campaigns across UK and European markets across multiple channels.
• Assist with approvals and QC to ensure asset delivery.
• Liaise with local/global teams and media agencies to confirm formats and deliverables.
• Support trafficking activities and timely delivery to media owners under supervision.
• Track project timings, notes, and resource scheduling.
