Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Account & Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery for premium brand projects. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, integrating traditional production with AI-enabled workflows, and coordinate diverse teams across regions and time zones.

You will manage client relationships, budgets, and risk, ensuring quality and timely delivery while championing best practices in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment.

• Strong client-facing and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns and AI-enabled production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multi-channel briefs for premium brand clients.
• Act as primary client contact and coordinate across creative, strategy, and AI production teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans integrating traditional and AI workflows.
• Manage cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, and AI production—ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Lead project communications with stakeholders and the AI Producer to keep all parties aligned.
• Oversee budgets, including cost estimation, PO management, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Identify and mitigate risks early; adapt plans to changing priorities and scope.
• Champion project management best practices and continuous process improvement across the team.
• Ensure quality control, manage scope and approvals, and track performance and budget health.
• Provide clear updates on progress, resource use, and financial performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
