Service Care is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Locality Team West on a two-week contract in Lancashire. The role focuses on adult assessments and care management within a supportive, professional environment.

Immediate start is available, with opportunities to gain local experience. The ideal candidate will have HCPC registration, proven experience in adult assessment and care planning, and the ability to work independently or within a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze
