Service Care is seeking a dedicated Social Worker (Mental Health) for a contract role across Greater Manchester. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored care plans, and work with health partners to promote recovery and independence.

You will lead safeguarding activities and collaborate with multi-agency teams while maintaining person-centred support and trauma-informed practice in a dynamic local authority mental health service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with registration with Social Work England.
• 3+ years' social work experience, ideally in mental health.
• Experience working independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of strengths-based, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practice.
• Excellent communication, assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable to a dynamic service environment.

The Social Worker Mental Health will play a key role in delivering strengths-based, recovery-focused support.
