Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living in Lowestoft is seeking a Local Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of Clover Court. You will manage a compassionate team, build partnerships, and ensure CQC compliance to deliver quality housing support.

The role requires proven managerial experience, NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and strong leadership and communication skills. A flexible, people-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial role within a similar service.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and support people in a personalised way.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and confidence working with partners.
• Confident using IT systems and experienced in supporting people with disabilities.

Local Service Manager

£44,471 per year Rising to £46,694 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance

Your role
