Vickerstock is seeking an M&E Site Supervisor to manage maintenance work on water and wastewater sites in Fermanagh. The role focuses on one site at a time, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery within a long-term framework.

With a strong mix of mechanical and electrical duties, you will coordinate labour, RAMS, permits and inductions while liaising with clients and sub-contractors to drive successful project outcomes and career progression.

Competenze

• Experience supervising mechanical, electrical or M&E work on site.
• Ability to run a site on your own and liaise with clients/subcontractors.
• Engineering qualification at HNC level or above is preferred.
• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS/SHEA, First Aid, Confined Space (Medium Risk) and CDM awareness.
• Familiarity with NEC contracts and a full driving licence.
• Lift Supervisor ticket would be a bonus but not essential.

Mansioni

• Organise labour and subcontractors, keep the site on programme and ensure quality.
• Manage RAMS, permits, inductions and toolbox talks; track safety and performance.
• Maintain site records and be the main client face on site.
• Turn promising opportunities into on-site delivery and close out packages.
