Responsibilities
Provide first-line, on-site IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Resolve incidents locally and escalate complex issues to central IT.
Act as the main IT contact for local users.
Install, maintain, and manage end-user devices and peripherals.
Monitor local network components and support basic patching/cabling.
Skills
IT-related qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong knowledge of Windows client environments
Experience with Active Directory
Basic understanding of networks and Windows Server environments
Confidence supporting printer hardware and peripherals
