Qualifications

• IT-related qualification or equivalent hands-on experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Windows client environments required.
• Experience with managing Active Directory needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line, on-site IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Resolve incidents locally and escalate complex issues to central IT.
• Act as the main IT contact for local users.
• Install, maintain, and manage end-user devices and peripherals.
• Monitor local network components and support basic patching/cabling.

Skills

IT-related qualification or equivalent hands-on experience

Strong knowledge of Windows client environments

Experience with Active Directory

Basic understanding of networks and Windows Server environments

Confidence supporting printer hardware and peripherals

Good communication skills in English
