We’re looking for a hands‑on IT System Administrator to support users at a local European site while working closely with a central IT function. You’ll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day IT support, keeping systems running smoothly and ensuring a great user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide first-line, on‑site IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Resolve incidents locally and escalate complex issues to central IT
• Act as the main IT contact for local users
• Install, maintain, and manage end‑user devices and peripherals
• Coordinate repairs and vendors; maintain IT asset inventory
• Monitor local network components and support basic patching/cabling
• Manage user accounts and access rights (Active Directory)
• Implement local IT security standards and handle security incidents
• Support IT rollouts, upgrades, and continuous service improvements
• Collaboration with central IT team on VPN and WAN issues (read only)

What We’re Looking For

• IT-related qualification or equivalent hands‑on experience
