Job summary

Allen Motor Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Sales Advisor for the Kia dealership. You’ll handle both face-to-face and digital enquiries to help customers find the right product and drive away with confidence.

This role is a 5-day, 42-hour week with a £23,453 basic salary plus uncapped commission, bonus and a company car. Our teams enjoy excellent earning potential, a generous holiday allowance, and strong training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound enquiries via email/telephone and digitally.
• Meeting personal and team-based sales targets.
• Guiding customers through the whole purchase process, advising on extended warranty, accessories, and financial products.
• Adhering to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance.
