About this role: We support independent restaurants to go online, increase orders, and grow their business by providing insights, advice, and support to our community.

As a Local Account Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and growing your area, increasing consumer choice and restaurant activation, and acting as a trusted advisor to partners.

Location: Edinburgh, with field-based and home-based work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximize existing restaurant potential through strong relationships.
  • Educate partners on customer service and experience.
  • Onboard new restaurants within 14 days of going online.
  • Prioritize order growth and mentor partners.
  • Use internal platforms to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Ownership of ambitious targets.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for learning and self-improvement.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Interest in food and restaurants.
  • Full UK driving license.
