Business Development Manager – Skincare (Scotland)

Location: Field-based, covering all of Scotland

We’re working with a growing, people-centric skincare brand that’s making waves across the UK. With a genuine, supportive culture and a commitment to developing its people, this business is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and nurture accounts across Scotland.

About the Role:

In this field-based position, you'll be responsible for both developing new salon/spa partnerships and supporting existing clients. You’ll represent premium skincare products, delivering expert advice, commercial support, and building lasting relationships in the professional beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and win new business across Scotland
• Manage and grow existing salon/spa accounts
• Deliver product training, commercial guidance, and promotional support
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and deep product knowledge
• Plan and execute territory visits effectively
• Work toward realistic, motivating sales targets

About You:

• Qualified in Beauty Therapy (minimum Level 3) – essential
• Background in beauty, skincare or aesthetics – either in salon or business/sales roles
• Personable, confident, and great at building rapport
• A self-starter who’s happy working independently on the road
• Organised, driven, and passionate about professional skincare
• Ideally based in Central Scotland, with flexibility to travel across the region
