Are you a self-starter with experience in syndicated loans? Then this position is for you!

As a Loans Agency Client Account Manager within the Loans Agency team, you will be responsible for operational activities related to syndicated credit facilities where JPMorgan is the Facility Agent. Your role involves providing high-quality service through accurate funds movement and timely information flow, based on the loan agreement, typically aligned with LMA-style documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients supporting lines of business such as Export Finance, DCM, Equity Derivatives Group (EDG), Specialised Products Group (SPG), and Global Corporate Bank (GCB).
• Handle syndicate notifications related to daily processing and data room site information distribution.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Borrowers and syndicate lenders regarding specific deals.
• Manage accession processes and waiver coordination.
• Review and interpret operational aspects of loan documentation during the facility’s lifespan.
• Collaborate with the deal team during refinancing to ensure operational feasibility, including reviewing loan documentation and funds flow management.
• Liaise with external clients and internal teams such as Credit, Origination, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, and Secondary Loan Trading.
• Facilitate lender presentations and meetings.
