Qualifications

• Administration or customer service experience.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage your priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Confidence communicating by phone, in writing and in person.
• Good numeracy and the ability to review and interpret information.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft applications.
• A friendly, professional manner and a calm approach under pressure.
• A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Your experience could be in administration, customer service or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Processing members’ loan applications and maintaining accurate records.
• Communicating with members by phone, email and text, keeping them informed throughout the process.
• Reviewing and verifying documents, identifying discrepancies and potential fraud in line with training and guidance.
• Speaking with members to gather information needed for lending decisions.
• Supporting the Lending Manager with day-to-day administration.
