Hampshire Trust Bank is seeking a Loans Administrator to support the Customer Services Team and our Specialist Mortgages accounts. You will process a broad range of requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring tasks meet service levels.

You will handle customer data, update records, and issue documentation while liaising with legal where required. A proactive team player with attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or mortgage servicing is desirable.
• Strong administrative background with handling large volumes of data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work at pace and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for inbound calls to customers or representatives.
• Manage shared servicing inbox, log enquiries and allocate tasks.
• Set up new customer files and ensure accurate system entries.
• Update customer information including address changes and Direct Debit amendments.
• Produce and issue customer documentation such as statements and letters.
• Review security documentation and liaise with legal when needed.
• Support colleagues and Head of Department with operational tasks.
• Identify issues and contribute to process improvements.
