Job summary

Funding Circle Ltd. in London is seeking a hands-on admin/ops professional to support loan application processing. You will review financial documents, perform KYC checks and coordinate with AML teams as needed, ensuring accurate data and timely processing in a collaborative setting.

The role is hybrid, with a busy workload and a focus on quality, control and efficiency to help small businesses access funding quickly.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more experience in a high-volume operations or administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review financial accounts, bank statements and risk reports to process loan applications.
• Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) checks during onboarding and escalate to AML/fraud teams when required.
• Use third-party systems to collect information on applicants and their business.
• Perform quality assurance: reconcile loan documents and internal system data for completeness and accuracy.
• Work in a collaborative team environment and proactively identify risks or control weaknesses.
