Funding Circle in London is seeking an enthusiastic admin professional to support our loan application process. This hybrid role involves reviewing financial documents and processing applications to help UK small businesses access funding quickly.

You will perform KYC checks, escalate issues to AML/Fraud teams, and use multiple systems to gather information. The role rewards strong attention to detail, quality assurance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a high-volume admin or operations role.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt with evolving policies.
• Familiarity with financial documents and bank statements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review financial accounts, bank statements and risk reports to process loan applications.
• Perform KYC checks during borrower onboarding and escalate to AML/Fraud teams when required.
• Use third-party systems to collect information on the applicant and their business.
• Conduct rigorous QA to reconcile documents and data for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate within a team and proactively mitigate risks.
