Overview

Loading Supervisor - Night Shift

BCS Connect are recruiting for a Loading Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing environment in the Aldridge area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp to perm role with weekly pay and genuine career progression.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient loading of vehicles, working both manually and with a counterbalance forklift truck.
• Perform a hands-on, physically demanding role while maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Qualifications

• Current valid counterbalance forklift licence.
• Experience in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer knowledge to complete loading records and update systems accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring vehicles are loaded safely and correctly.

Shift and Pay Details

Night shifts, Monday to Friday from midnight until 8am. The role offers £14 per hour plus shift allowance, paid weekly.
