Smart Solutions are recruiting an experienced Loading Shovel Driver to join a leading Waste Management and Composting specialist based in the Ufton area. This role involves operating a loading shovel outdoors in all weather conditions and supporting site processing activities.

The position is full-time with preferred experience of 1 year and a Loading Shovel licence. They value reliability, safety, and commitment to long-term opportunites within a growing industry.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience loading shovel (preferred).
• Loading Shovel Licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate a loading shovel safely on site.
• Load collection and arctic vehicles.
• Feed shredders, screeners, tunnels and processing equipment.
• Transport materials across the facility.
• Support composting operations.
• Carry out basic maintenance including greasing and cleaning mobile plant.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
