Job summary

Strata Talent Group is seeking a Loading Shovel / 360 Grab Operator for a busy waste-management site in Cardiff. Immediate start on a temp-to-perm basis with a pay rate of £18.43 umbrella PAYE for 48 hrs/week.

Role covers operation of loading shovel, inspection of loads, feeding the line, and daily checks, while upholding safety standards and teamwork at CF37, Pontypridd.

Qualifications

• Experience operating mobile plant in waste/recycling/industrial environments.
• Valid Loading Shovel / 360 Material Rehandler certification.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Team player with willingness to undertake training.

Hours: MondayFriday, 06:0016:00

Pay: £18.43 Umbrella PAYE

Role Duties

• Operating loading shovel & 360 material handler
• Inspecting incoming waste loads
• Feeding picking line
• Daily pre-use checks & defect reporting
• Working safely around moving vehicles
• Housekeeping & maintaining site cleanliness

Requirements
