Ubico is recruiting Loaders to collect refuse and recyclables from properties across Wiltshire. This active outdoors role offers a great work-life balance and the chance to contribute to cleaner, greener communities.

You’ll start with training, learn refuse operations, and join a team that works in all weather. Expect physical work, lifting, and regular long walking days as part of a safe and supportive environment with benefits.

Job description

We require Loaders to undertake collection of refuse and recyclables from properties throughout Wiltshire.

You will need…

• Basic knowledge of refuse and recycling operations and willingness to learn
• Previous experience of working with mobile or static plant and equipment would be advantageous
• Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Be fit and able to lift heavy objects (and walk 8-10 miles each day at a brisk pace)

• £29,009 - £29,897 per annum (including basic and market supplement)
• £43,490 - £44,715 per annum (including shift allowance, 5hrs contractual OT & tools allowance)
