Job summary

Ubico Ltd is seeking a proactive Fleet Development Co-Ordinator to join the Fleet Team and help shape a modern, compliant fleet operation across Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire. Reporting to the Fleet Technical Manager, you will lead projects, manage replacement programmes and drive improvements to keep frontline services fully supported.

The role requires organised, analytical candidates with a passion for continuous improvement and ownership.

Qualifications

• Full Class B driving licence.
• Recognised qualifications in English and Maths.
• Knowledge of best practice in Fleet Management and administration.
• Knowledge of vehicle telematics and parts.
• Experience of Fleet management, compliance, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet projects and manage vehicle replacement programmes.
• Develop fleet systems and analyse performance data.
• Drive service improvements and best-practice processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to keep vehicles compliant and available.

Providing excellent front-line services across Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire, Ubico Ltd is a rapidly expanding local authority-owned company. We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Fleet Development Co-Ordinator to join our successful Fleet Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in fleet management whilst making a real impact on the delivery of essential services. Reporting to the Fleet Technical Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and supporting a modern, efficient and compliant fleet operation.

From leading fleet projects and managing vehicle replacement programmes to developing fleet systems, analysing performance data and driving service improvements, you'll be at the heart of how our fleet operates and evolves. You'll work closely with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders, helping to ensure our vehicles remain available, compliant and ready to support frontline services.

We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and passionate about continuous improvement, with the confidence to take ownership, solve problems and help drive positive change.

You will need...
