Job summary

RAFAKidz Nursery in Central London is hiring an Early Years Educator Level 3. You will plan development activities using EYFS, maintain accurate records, and act as key worker for a group of children.

You will support children with SEN and hold a Level 3 childcare qualification with Paediatric First Aid. A DBS check is part of the post, with travel considerations for onboarding and progression within RAFAKidz.

Qualifications

• As a qualified Early Years Educator you will hold a Level 3 childcare qualification.
• You must have a Paediatric First Aid certificate and nursery experience.
• Knowledge of EYFS planning and safeguarding is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out activities using EYFS learning outcomes.
• Update and maintain accurate records for Ofsted requirements.
• Serve as designated key worker for a group of children.
• Identify and support children with SEND (SEN) as needed.

About you
